Clogher don Óige is the Youth Ministry Organisation for the Catholic Diocese of Clogher. The aim of our organisation is to provide activities, events and programmes for young people, both and diocesan and parish level. Our objective is to inspire young people to grow in confidence, self-esteem and faith.
We are currently seeking to appoint a YOUTH MINISTRY DIRECTOR (Full Time) initially for 1 Year subject to review.
Essential Criteria:
* A third-level qualification
* One Year’s experience, paid or voluntary, working with young people in Youth Ministry or other faith development setting at leadership level.
Preference may be given to candidates with:
* an additional relevant Youth Ministry qualification or an additional qualification in which Theology is a significant component.
* experience as Youth Ministry Director or experience in organising and managing events or programmes involving young people.
Criteria may be enhanced to facilitate shortlisting. Appointment to this post is subject to the completion of necessary vetting procedures.
This post is based in Monaghan Town, County Monaghan and requires travel around Clogher Diocese. Salary to the successful candidate will be €30,000 plus expenses.
